Welcome to PingSync.app (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account

   You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts.

   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

2. Service Description

   PingSync.app provides real-time data synchronization and telemetry tools for live streaming, video platforms, and custom integrations as a subscription-based SaaS platform. Features may evolve; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

   Payment Methods: Subscriptions are processed via Stripe or the Discord Store. You authorize recurring charges per your plan.

   Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable, including for partial months, upgrades, or cancellations, except where required by UK law (e.g., 14-day cooling-off for certain digital services).

   Subscription Transfers: We may transfer your active subscription to another account or user at our discretion (e.g., for account migrations). You will be notified in advance where feasible.

   Billing: Charges occur on renewal dates. Update payment details promptly to avoid interruptions.

   Taxes: You are responsible for VAT and applicable taxes.

   Price Changes: We may adjust prices with 30 days' notice via email or site posting.

4. Cancellation and Termination

   Cancel anytime via your account dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

   We may terminate for non-payment, abuse, or legal reasons, with refunds only if required by law.

   No personal data is stored by PingSync.app.

5. Intellectual Property

   The Service, including code, designs, and content, is owned by us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal/business use during your subscription.

   PingSync.app only stores publicly available images provided by users.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

   Do not: reverse-engineer, overload servers, violate laws, or share harmful content.

   We may monitor usage for compliance.

7. Limitation of Liability

   The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties for interruptions, data loss, or third-party integrations (e.g., Stripe/Discord).

   Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. No consequential damages, except for death, personal injury, or fraud as per UK law.

8. Privacy

   PingSync.app stores no personal data. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe/Discord) per their policies.

9. Changes to Terms

   We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.
