This Cookie Policy explains how PingSync.app uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you use a website. They can keep a service secure, remember a sign-in or save a preference.
| Name | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
ts-token | Authenticates your Discord login and keeps your account session secure. | Strictly necessary | Up to 30 days |
pingsync-cookie-consent | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. | Strictly necessary preference | Up to 12 months |
themeMode (local storage) | Remembers the light, dark or system theme you selected. | Functional preference | Until cleared |
discountBannerClosed / xmasdiscountBannerClosed (local storage) | Remembers that you dismissed a promotional notice so it is not repeatedly displayed. | Functional preference | Until cleared |
Strictly necessary cookies are used because they are required to provide the service or remember your privacy choice. They cannot be disabled through the banner.
PingSync does not currently load optional analytics or advertising cookies in the frontend.
If optional cookies are introduced, they will remain disabled unless you select “Accept optional cookies”. Rejecting optional cookies will not prevent you from using the Service.
When you leave PingSync for a third-party service such as Stripe or Discord, that provider may set its own cookies under its own privacy and cookie policies.
You can accept, reject or change your optional-cookie choice at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
You can also remove cookies using your browser settings. Removing the authentication cookie will sign you out.
